A very finely painted watercolour study by well listed British artist A.W Bentham. The scene shows a number of wooden boats moored before a continental house. Bentham was clearly an artist of considerable skill. The reflections visible in the tranquil water have been painted with sensitive, delicate brushstrokes. Betham's vibrant colour palette also beautifully captures the peach skies at dusk in the warm climate. Inscribed and dated on the reverse. Presented in a card mount. Signed. On wove.
