Description

A charming impressionistic landscape showing a figure in pink standing at the bank of an idyllic river with green banks and the blue sky reflecting from overhead. The artist has signed and dated to the lower left corner and the painting has been presented in a 20th Century brushed gilt frame with scrolling acanthus leaf details. The artist has signed and dated at the reverse. On canvas.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. Some marking in the upper right corner. There is some craquelure to the surface.
