Oils are used to construct a fine study of a manor house and its decadent gardens. The artwork is signed and dated in the bottom left-hand corner and is well presented in a gilded substantial wood frame with ornate molding with a gilded slip. On canvas on stretchers.
Condition
There is a small amount of surface dirt on the painting, as well as a small area of restoration to the paint surface on the house. There is some craquelure to the surface. The frame has undergone some areas of restoration to the molding and has some scuffs and marks.
