A fine watercolour painting by T. Thomas, depicting a landscape view of Lake Windermere. Signed faintly to the lower right-hand quadrant. There is a label on the reverse inscribed with the artist's name, title and date. Well-presented in a wash line card mount and in an ornate, gilt-effect frame, as shown. On watercolour paper.
Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and light foxing. Very minor marks to the mount and some scuffs to the frame, including some losses to the moulding details, as well as some stable cracking.
