A fine late 19th Century etching showing a view of the poet, John Dryden's house, before it was demolished in 1901. The artist has signed, inscribed and dated in plate at the lower edge. There is a printer's blindstamp at the lower left corner. On wove.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration.
