A very fine contemporary graphite drawing by the artist William (Bill) Taylor. The use of acrylic paint as a base for the graphite drawing expertly creates texture and highlights delicate points of interest in the composition. The highly detailed marks and lines exquisitiely portray these derelict cottages in the Lake District. Inscribed label on reverse with photographs of the location, as shown in the images provided. Signed and dated in the lower right hand corner. Well presented in a double card mount and a simple wood frame with gilt effect detailing. Signed and dated and inscribed. On wove.

Overall in very good condition. There are some very minor scuffed edges on the frame.
